On the other hand, if you have been charged with a traffic offence or you have been given a ticket by the police, and you wish to defend it in Court, or you have lost your licence because you were speeding or driving negligently or recklessly, then we have lawyers that can assist you with this too. We understand how important a driver’s licence can be, and sometimes being without it for a specified period of time can affect your livelihood and have far reaching consequences. Often when people are charged by the police, they don’t know where to turn. They may expect to attend Court and hope that a solicitor will see them on the day, otherwise they may wait at Court all day simply to have their matter adjourned. Don’t get caught out hoping your problems will go away, or that you will be let off with a warning. If your reputation, freedom and good character is important to you, you need a reputable law firm that specializes in criminal law. It is vital to be prepared for your big day and we have the experience and skills necessary to get the best result for you. Don’t just hope for a good outcome, plan for one.
